I always listen carefully to the situation and the customer’s wishes. So, I fully understand him or her and I can always provide the customer with the best advice.
I use my own knowledge and experience, but I also like to find out something new.
I like it when customers after they have bought their house, call me again, when they are going to renovate their house, for example and they need a mortgage advise, or when they ask friends to call me.
I started in 2015 as a mortgage employee, but soon I obtained the necessary diplomas to become a mortgage- and income advisor. Of course I keep my knowledge up to date in order to the law, but above all, in order to benefit the customer.
In addition to Dutch, I also speak Polish, my native language, and English. This way I can help many customers quickly without the intervention of an interpreter.
What makes me special between the other advisors is, that I try to do just a little bit more for the customer. I try to take away any concerns as soon as possible, by responding quickly to your questions.
